If you have a website, you need contracts. A privacy policy is legally required by law and terms of use serve as a contract between you and those who visit your site. CYA and stick these in your footer. 

If you sell digital products, make sure you protect yourself with digital terms of purchase. This will limit your liability, protect your IP, disclaim, and get you paid.
